Six steps, every pet, every time.

01 You walk in with themNo drop-and-go. We take a few minutes at the counter to hear how they've been — skin, itching, mats, that haircut somewhere else.

02 We look at the coatHands in the fur, in front of you. We show you where it's matting and say honestly what the coat can take today.

03 Bath, one at a timeImported shampoos matched to their coat and skin. Warm water, slow rinse, ears kept dry.

04 Hand-driedWe stand there with the dryer and a brush. No box, no crate, no pet left alone with hot air blowing at them.

05 Hair, nails, and earsScissors and clippers, the style you asked for, then nails smoothed and ears cleaned. If the coat won't hold the style, we stop and call you before anything comes off.

06 We tell you about itWhat we found, what we did, what to watch for. You leave knowing more about your pet than when you arrived.
